Three things:

• Your full name
• Your gotra — if you do not know it, the traditional provision of Kashyap gotra is used
• The purpose of your puja (health, marriage, santaan, shanti, or simply devotion)

For certain pujas — like Kaal Sarp Dosh or Mahamrityunjay Jaap — we may also ask your nakshatra or date of birth to fix the right vidhi and tithi.

Every online puja comes with proof: we record the sankalp (with your name spoken aloud at the Jyotirlinga), the abhishek and the aarti, and send you the video snippets on WhatsApp within 2–3 days of the puja. The prasad from your own puja is then packed and couriered to your home.

One of our own pujaris — the same people you see on this website. We never pass bookings to third parties or agents. You can talk to the pujari performing your puja directly on WhatsApp.

The price is confirmed on WhatsApp before anything begins, and payment is made by UPI or bank transfer as agreed per booking. No payment is collected on this website.

Yes. Devotees from anywhere in the world can book — the puja video reaches you on WhatsApp wherever you are. For prasad delivery outside India, message us first so we can confirm the shipping options and cost for your country.

Prasad from your puja is packed and dispatched by courier, and typically reaches your home within 8–10 days of the puja, depending on your location.

You can cancel free of charge any time before the puja samagri is purchased and the sankalp date is fixed. Once the puja has been performed, no refund is possible — the seva has been completed in your name. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Yes — we arrange darshan assistance, on-site puja bookings and yatra guidance for visiting devotees. Message us your arrival date and the number of people, and we will plan your visit.
