• To perform the puja or seva you book, including reciting your name and gotra in the sankalp.
• To deliver prasad and puja videos to you.
• To respond to your enquiries and send booking updates.
• To send newsletter updates about pujas and utsavs, only if you subscribe.

• We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
• We never share your sankalp details, wishes or family information with third parties, except the courier partner who needs your address to deliver prasad.
• We never send spam. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time by messaging us.

4. WhatsApp and third-party services

Bookings and enquiries on this site are made through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps. We recommend reviewing those services’ policies as well.

We keep your booking details only as long as needed to complete your seva and maintain simple records. Your information is accessible only to our own pujaris and staff.
