By using this website or booking any seva with Puja Pandit Pujari, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

Puja Pandit Pujari is an independent collective of pujaris based at Baidyanathdham, Deoghar, Jharkhand. We do not represent the official Temple Administration, Trust or Board in any way. Our services are offered in our personal capacity as practising pujaris.

2. Bookings

• Bookings are made through WhatsApp or phone. A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it and agree on a date.
• You are responsible for providing correct details — name, gotra, address and occasion. The sankalp is recited exactly as you provide it.
• Puja dates may occasionally shift due to temple conditions, festivals or circumstances beyond our control; we will inform you and agree on a new date.

3. Payments

Prices for pujas and prasad are communicated on WhatsApp before confirmation. Payment terms (advance or on-completion) are agreed per booking. We do not process payments on this website.

4. Prasad delivery

• Prasad is dispatched by courier or post to the address you provide. Delivery times depend on the courier and your location.
• Prasad is a perishable, blessed item. Once dispatched, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If a shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we will resolve it — usually by sending prasad again from the next puja.

5. Cancellations and refunds

• A booking may be cancelled free of charge any time before the puja samagri is purchased and the sankalp date is fixed.
• After the puja has been performed, no refund is possible, since the seva has been completed in your name.
• Any agreed refunds are made to the same account the payment came from.

6. Nature of religious services

Pujas are acts of faith and devotion. We perform every vidhi sincerely and completely, and we share video as proof of performance — but we make no claims or guarantees of specific material outcomes. Nothing on this site is a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice.

7. Website content

All text, photographs and the logo on this website belong to Puja Pandit Pujari unless stated otherwise. Please do not reuse them without our permission.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
