Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

1. Cancelling a puja booking

• You may cancel a booking free of charge at any time before the puja samagri is purchased and the sankalp date is fixed.
• If samagri has already been purchased for your puja, the samagri cost is deducted and the balance is refunded.
• Once the puja has been performed, no refund is possible — the seva has been completed in your name and gotra.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booked puja to another date free of charge, any time before the original sankalp date. Puja dates may also occasionally shift from our side due to temple conditions or festivals; in that case we inform you and agree on a new date, or refund you in full if the new date does not suit you.

3. Refund method and timeline

Agreed refunds are made to the same UPI ID or bank account the payment came from, within 5–7 working days of confirmation.

4. Prasad and product shipping

• Prasad, peda, rudraksha malas and panchsul are shipped by courier or India Post to the address you provide on WhatsApp.
• Prasad from a puja typically reaches you within 8–10 days of the puja. Standalone orders (peda, rudraksha, panchsul) are dispatched within 1–2 days of confirmation and delivered in 3–8 days depending on location.
• Orders over ₹2500 ship free within India; below that, shipping charges are confirmed with your order on WhatsApp.
• For delivery outside India, contact us first — feasibility and charges depend on your country.

5. Returns and replacements

• Prasad and peda are perishable, blessed items — they cannot be returned or exchanged once dispatched.
• If your parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement.
• If a shipment is lost in transit, we resolve it by re-sending the item — usually from the next puja — or refunding the item cost.

6. How to request a cancellation or refund
